T3 to TCC

Tarrant To & Through (T3) is a partnership between private donors, educational institutions, and local workforce in Tarrant County to increase the number of students entering college, completing a degree or credential, and obtaining employment. More information for families and educators is available on the Tarrant To & Through (T3) website.
