While the TCC Purchasing staff is currently working as remote employees, TCC Purchasing is continuing daily operations, including accepting bids, during the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Changes will be posted here if they become available.

To become a bidder with TCC, review the following instructions and follow the registration process.

Purchasing Requirements and Conditions
Should a bid deadline be compromised due to inclement weather or other situations where TCCD offices are closed, bids will be accepted until 5 p.m. the next business day after the District reopens.
Check this page often for any relevant Addendum that may be added for any published bid.
Send your written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Results will be conveyed only after a decision has been rendered and only upon receipt of written request. Please identify the RF(X) number of your inquiry.
