Facility Reservation

In keeping with our role as a public community college, campus facilities may be made available for community events and activities. Scheduled college instructional programs and community service objectives take precedence, but interested parties may inquire regarding room and space availability.

Fees may apply.

If you are looking to reserve a space at TCC for a meeting or other activity please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the event campus scheduler directly for room and space availability information.
  2. Complete and submit the application.
  3. Once processed, review policies and quoted rate fees, if applicable.
  4. Provide required Certificate of Insurance (COI) and other required documents. (Insurance may also be purchased through the District's TULIP program.) The COI needs to list the District as an additional insured.

Notes: Reservation requests are required at least five weeks prior to your function, and fees must be paid two weeks prior to your event.

No external group using a College District facility may charge a fee, receive donations, or sell materials at the event.
