In keeping with our role as a public community college, campus facilities may be made available for community events and activities. Scheduled college instructional programs and community service objectives take precedence, but interested parties may inquire regarding room and space availability.

If you are looking to reserve a space at TCC for a meeting or other activity please complete and submit the TCC Facilities Reservation Form.
- You should receive a confirmation email with more information about your quote. You will also be notified if there is no availability for your date.
- A scheduler will reach out via email with more details.
- Once your form is processed, review policies and quote.
Notes: Reservation requests are required at least five weeks prior to your function, and fees must be paid two weeks prior to your event.
No external group using a College District facility may charge a fee, receive donations, or sell materials at the event.
