How to Apply to Long Term Care Administration

After being accepted to TCC, you must meet the following requirements and submit an application to our Long Term Care Administration Program.
Application Timeline
- April 1: Application available
- July 15: Application deadline
Am I eligible to apply?
You must have:
- A completed bachelor’s degree or higher (any degree or field)
- A minimum GPA of 2.5
- Proof of English proficiency if English was not the primary language of your high school
Class Size Limit
We can accept a maximum of 25 candidates for each class.
If you qualify but after the first 25 candidates accepted, we will put you on the waiting list in case anyone selected decides to withdraw his or her application.
Follow These Steps to Apply to Long Term Care Administration
Step 1: Request an interview at any time
We begin interviews in March.
- Send an email to our Program Director, Regina Franklin: regina.franklin-398@tccd.edu
- Be prepared to send an updated resume as we prepare for your interview.
Step 2: Send us a brief writing sample
Prepare a writing sample to submit after a successful interview.
You will get the details during your interview.
Step 3: Apply to TCC
Apply online with ApplyTCC (use Firefox or Chrome for the best experience).

You will get a TCC Student ID number once you are accepted as a student at TCC.
You need a TCC Student ID number for your application to Long Term Care Administration.
Step 4: Submit your application by the deadline
We will not accept late applications.
