Our program prepares you to start your own entrepreneurial venture or to become a small business manager. You will learn the management, leadership and communication skills you need to run and grow a business.

You will learn how to:

  • Recognize entrepreneurial opportunities and then create and grow businesses from those opportunities
  • Develop a viable business plan
  • Design an effective strategy for:
    • Marketing
    • Customer service
    • Selling
    • Relationship building
  • Analyze costs
  • Prepare financial documents
  • Develop financial reports according to requirements
  • Secure and manage the financial aspects of the firm
