As a TCC-bound or current student, you'll use the following applications to manage your student account information and connect with TCC-related services.

ApplyTCC* Submit your application for admission if you are a new student. After you submit your application, watch for helpful emails of next steps.
Student Email Receive important updates about enrollment and correspond with your instructors.
MyTCCTrack Plan and register for your classes, view your grades and progress, accept your financial aid, make payments or set up installment payments, and more.
Hello!TCC Request an official TCC transcript, view your holds and student summary, request VA certification, and more.
Canvas View and/or submit assignments, find class-specific resources, and access learning support services.
Microsoft 365 Access Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word.
TimeClock Plus Clock-in/out and manage leave if you're a student worker.
VDI Use Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to log on to a Windows 10 virtual desktop and access applications on the TCC network.

What happened to WebAdvisor?

WebAdvisor was sunset on April 1, 2023. WebAdvisor tools and resources have moved to Hello!TCC.

Canvas Questions

When will my classes show up in Canvas?

Your classes will show up 7 days before your class start date. If you registered for classes within the 7 day window before your class starts, it'll take 24 hours for your class to show up.

What is Student Planning?

Student Planning is a degree planning and student registration module available in MyTCCTrack, and has replaced WebAdvisor for student registration.

Within Student Planning, you can:

  • Review your degree plan
  • Check your academic progress towards that degree plan
  • Plan your current and future semesters
  • Find and register for courses
