• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot diesel-powered equipment:
  • Brake systems
  • Electrical systems, particularly starters, alternators, and batteries
  • Steering and suspension systems
  • Power trains, including clutches, transmission, drive shafts, and differentials
• Perform basic preventative maintenance, including regular servicing and monitoring of major systems over time
