HESI A2 Admission Assessment
The Health Educations Systems, Inc. (HESI) A2 Admission Assessment is part of the application process for our Healthcare Professions Programs.
The HESI A2 exam is currently being offered online through ProctorU or in-person at the TCC Trinity River Testing Center.
Results of the test will be available 48–72 hours after your test.
Programs That Require HESI A2 Testing
The HESI A2 exam is for prospective students of:
- Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Nursing
- Physical Therapist Assistant
- Radiologic Technology
- Respiratory Care
- Surgical Technology
- Vocational Nursing
This is not the exam required for our Dental Hygiene program.
Applying to the Dental Hygiene Program?
You need to take the HESI HP A2 V1 exam, which is not offered through our TCC Testing Centers. To find out how to take this exam, see Step 4 on Dental Hygiene: How to Apply.
