On-Campus Admissions & Registrar Offices
Located on every campus is an Admissions and Registrar Office to help you complete your admissions application, register for classes and more.
For information on international admissions records, transcript evaluation, graduation or veterans benefits processing, visit our District Admissions and Records Office.
You can submit any of the following documents in-person at your campus Admissions and Registrar Office:
- Admissions application
- This includes new students, transfer students, dual credit, early college high school, CIE, College for Kids, and senior ed
- Meningitis vaccination form
- Residency paperwork
- Address change
- FERPA waiver form
- TSI exemption, exception and waiver forms
- Veterans VA paperwork
