TCC provides individual information about grant/loan eligibility on a one-on-one basis via appropriate mailings. Entrance and exit counseling instructions will provided individually to borrowers and completed through the Department of Education loan website.

Copyright Infringement Prohibition and Penalties
Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, including through peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing, may subject students to civil and criminal liabilities. TCC strictly prohibits such activity using its network. Violations may result in disciplinary sanctions, up to and including expulsion, and legal action.
Federal Penalties include statutory damages ranging from $750 to $30,000 per work and, in cases of willful infringement, up to $150,000 per work, as well as possible criminal prosecution resulting in fines and imprisonment.
